Linksys Wmp54g Driver Windows 10 64 Bit
6/27/2016 had to change drivers for my gs v 1.1 as it would not connect. windows could list and show router signals but would not connect. did not find a wmp54gs in the search restored pc then picked the driver below. went to device manager and updated the driver (over the driver windows picked) for. In windows' device manager update the driver and choose your own driver and say "have disc" then point it to the location the files were extracted to (in c:swsetup...) and choose "broadcom 802.11b/g wlan" as the device.. Oh sorry, i thought i mentioned. the actual card is linksys. the fix is using a ralink driver, but that still doesn't help my situation. =/ so basically, until linksys decides to update their.
I managed to make it work for linksys wmp54g v4.1. hope this would be helpful. 1. download the ralink wireless lan driver (pci/mpci/cb rt2500) version 3.2.0.10/3.2.0.0. Search for "wmp54g v4.0" (this is the one i have) and click on the 32 bit driver download (64 bit is not yet availiabel, if you have windows vista 64 bit, linksys will tell you that they don't have a release for the compatible drivers yet and to call microsoft and have them recommend you a wireless adapter). This utility contains the only official version for linksys wmp54g wireless-g pci adapter ver. 3 driver for windows xp/7/vista/8/8.1/10 32-bit and 64-bit versions..
